Project email
Capture project correspondence, attachments and source-backed reports.
Each enabled project has its own Breeks email address. Open Project settings → Email to copy it. If the channel is unavailable, ask your Breeks administrator to configure receiving and sending.
Capture correspondence
CC or forward project emails to this address. Breeks saves the email, extracts useful project reports with source quotes, and imports supported PDFs and images into Documents as Email attachments. Reports are labelled reported until reviewed; they do not replace approved records.
Project managers can approve outside contacts to contribute. These contacts gain no project membership or agent permissions. Their source-backed reports become searchable. Unknown or unauthenticated senders are quarantined for managers and do not contribute project context.
Open captured emails in Project settings → Email. Project Memory quotes and imported document details link back to their source. Add as drawing creates a separate drawing while keeping the source attachment.
Ask Breeks
Use your verified Breeks account email. An email sign-in link or accepting a verified email invitation establishes mailbox ownership. Signing in with a password alone does not verify the address.
Breeks stays quiet unless a project member addresses it in new text above quoted history:
Breeks, summarise this email thread.
Thread answers go to approved visible recipients and use only email content those recipients already received. Bcc addresses are excluded. If any recipient is unapproved, Breeks replies privately.
Breeks, find the latest Level 3 MEP drawing.
Answers involving project records and agent actions go privately to the requesting member. Existing permissions apply. Private replies link to the same conversation in the web Agent, where the requester can review draft results, choose drawings and confirm consequential changes.
Quoted instructions and forwarded requests do not start actions. Approved outside contacts can send correspondence but cannot invoke the project agent.
Pause and recover
Managers can pause capture without removing saved emails, documents or memory. Resuming keeps the same project address and accepts new correspondence. Older queued work stays stopped.
Supported attachments are PDF, PNG, JPEG and WebP. Inline signature images are skipped; attachments share a 25 MiB limit per email. The source email remains available if an attachment fails. Managers can retry email processing after correcting the problem.
