What you can use today
Organize files by document type, create record types with custom fields, and link project information together. Drawings have dedicated markup, measurement, sharing, and revision tools; RFIs have a response workflow.
The assistant can find current drawings, draft RFIs, and propose changes to existing work. Administrators can enable reminders and follow-ups.
The direction
Richer project context and deeper workflows will help AI support more of the team's coordination work. Configurable record and document types provide room to grow beyond drawings and RFIs.
Creating a type today does not add a specialized automated workflow for it. Future capabilities will build on the information your team keeps in Breeks, with people retaining control over project decisions.
