Getting started
Start with one drawing, then build your project's memory as you work.
You can begin with a single file. As you add documents, questions, and answers, Breeks keeps them together for your team and its AI assistant.
1. Upload a drawing
Drop a PDF, PNG, JPEG, or WebP on the Breeks home page. This first upload accepts files up to 25 MB, with up to 50 pages per PDF.
2. Create an account or sign in
Sign in with email and password, or a magic link where available. Uploading alone does not publish your drawing.
3. Land in your Default project
Your first drawing opens in Documents in your private Default project. It starts with drawing and RFI types.
4. Find your way around
- Documents keeps your files, tags, drawing revisions, and markup.
- Records keeps RFIs and other project information, linked to the files that support it.
- Tasks tracks who is doing what and when.
- Agent helps find drawings, draft RFIs, and propose changes to existing work.
Start with the types provided, then adapt documents and records to suit your project.
5. Bring someone in
Open the drawing and choose Share. Select what the recipient can see and do, then copy and send the link. Choose Unverified users (no sign-in) if they should reply without an account. Their comments and markup appear on the drawing in Breeks.
For ongoing teamwork, add project members.
