How Breeks fits together
Files, project information, and the connections that make them useful.
Breeks keeps two kinds of project information together:
- Documents are files your team works from: drawings, reports, specifications, and contracts.
- Records capture structured project information: RFIs, meeting minutes, defects, and decisions.
Both are extensible. Your project can define its own document categories and record types; record types can also have custom fields.
From files to project memory
A drawing shows a duct route. An RFI records a question about it. The answer explains what was agreed, and a linked task tracks the site check.
Keeping those connections in Breeks helps someone understand the issue later, even if they missed the original conversation. It also gives the AI assistant project context to work from.
Each project's information stays within that project.
